Venice Beach in January is 60-75 degrees of pure happiness. I was lucky enough to get 70 degrees with blue skies, but I was wearing too many layers, although turtle necks are my personal favorite no matter what the weather is. Grab a floppy hat and almost any outfit will look good in Venice Beach. I chose a trench coat, tights, a turtle neck and an asymmetrical skirt because winter is still my favorite season, no matter how many palm trees I see.
